While many women like long and shiny hair, Missy loves longer. And when she says longer, she means 30 inches. Missy Jabrica a 15-year old grade 10 - Agoho student of Quezon National High School amazes everyone with her 30 inches long and beautiful hair. "Nagtatanong sila sa akin kung bakit ang ganda ng buhok ko kung totoo ba ito o nagpaparebond ako, sinasabi ko sa kanila na hindi kasi simula bata pa ito, hindi ko ito pinarerebond tapos na-a-amaze sila kasi ang ganda daw ng buhok ko tapos healthy pa", Missy stated while fixing her tangled hair. Missy has been known with her long hair ever since she was a child. Her hair even helped her in winning the different beauty pageants during her elementary days. "Marami pong nakakakilala sa akin gawa ng buhok ko, nakakatuwa po na nakikilala ka ng tao sa simpleng bagay", Missy expressed with delight. Almost all of the grade 10 students Quezon National High School recognize Missy as the girl with the longest length of hair among their batch to the point that when they were being asked who Missy is, they would answer with;"Ah yung mahaba yung buhok." "Minsan nabobother na kami kasi ang haba talaga ng buhok niya as in, parang kami yung nahihirapan sa kanya. Pero nakakainggit din kasi ang ganda. Pero nakakainggit din kasi ang ganda tapos bagay sa kanya kasi matangkad siya". Jamilah Burce, a student of QNHS, shared. When Missy confessed that she has no secrets in achieving her long and healthy hair, she stated that she like everyone, she uses diferrent brands of shampoo depending on what's available. However, Missy never fails to."Ang advantage po ng may ganito kahabang buhok ay maraming pwedeng gawin sa buhok, disadvantage naman po ay nakakangalay sa pagiipit, naiipit ito sa zipper at napapasabit sa pa Yong", shared Missy Having these advantages, Missy also thought of cutting her hair to not suffer from its length,But she thought that if she trimmed her hair, she would also lose the chance of doing a lot of hairstyle as well as she would lose her very own trademark. "Kasi may mga napaggagamitan pa ako tapos masayang ayusan ang buhok na mahaba, marami talaga akong nagagawa," explained Missy as she continuously combs her hair. Missy's long hair may have given her a lot of hard times but it does not stop her to slay and to continue making her very long hair identity.
